Growing up as a dancer, exercise was only ever a by-product of fun. Exercise should be, at the very least, not drudgery. If it is, you’re doing it wrong. It can be sweaty and dirty and hurty (in the good sort of way), but there has GOT to be an element of fun, otherwise there will be no stick-to-it-ive-ness. I do my very best to bring that philosophy to every class.
